Could Grand Theft Auto 6 have VR
Could we be looking at seeing the first GTA to have VR - let's talk about Virtual Reality and Grand Theft Auto. Let's get it out of the way, to start with Rockstar hasn't confirmed nor said anything on the subject - VR. This means we might not see it on launch day, but with Playstation having its own VR headset and Xbox possibly coming to the market with a VR headset we could see VR come as a DLC to the platform at a later date.
I think we could see for the first time Rockstar introduce us to the virtual world in a way we've never seen before. We saw Grand Theft Auto 5 modders bring a mod for VR to the platform. It was short-lived as it was quickly removed from the internet due to copyright issues. Â
Rockstar and take-two are likely going to stop the series at Grand Theft Auto 6, being the last GTA game to launched by the team. They'll likely continue to work on Grand Theft Auto 6, the same as they've done with GTA 5.
The team knows their large audience especially PC users would do anything to have Grand Theft Auto 6 enter a VR realm.
But how likely is it? Well, there is no mention at all on the platform so far coming to any forms of Virtual Reality, however as the platform is advancing more and more, and as most see VR as the future, I don't see why it wouldn't be added at some point.Â
