FlyByWire A380 Released For MSFS
The long-awaited FlyByWire A380X is finally out! - releasing to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. After a long wait of just over 4 years, the team has finally released it in the "Alpha" stage. However, the team at Flybywire has assured us, that the aircraft is more than capable of flying from Point A to B using vatsim. This is great cause as you all know here, the way I test aircraft using my vatsim ready test - is by testing it on vatsim.
The Announcement
We finally found out a date from the team during a live stream on the 27th of October, during the live stream they are coming 31st. The aircraft will be flyable for everyone in an Alpha state - We highly recommend you watch the live stream over here as the team goes over what will be working and what won't be working on the Alpha launch.
How To Download The A380
You can download it right now on the Flybywire Installer, which can be found on the Flybywire website here. Once the app is open, simply click on the blue tail, and click on the "A380X" Icon. Click download and enjoy
Expectations
What can you expect, you can expect an unbelievable level of simulation and attention to detail. There are still some features that are not fully working or not in yet, some aspects of the simulation are not fully finished and may change over time and updates. However, with that said it's one of the highest levels of detail aircraft out for the simulator, and its completely free.
