Let's go over how you can share your cockpit with your friends so you have that co-pilot you've always wanted. With these amazing advances of MSFS 2020 mods, we now have "YourControls" which is a shared cockpit application for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Â
Where can I download the MSFS Shared Cockpit application?

How does YourControls work?
There are multiple options to hosting a server.P2P, Direct connect or cloud hosting, you'll get to this site after installingÂ
Once you download the application, simply extract the folder and run the installer, all you need to do is follow the steps to install it.Â

After installing YourControls, you'll be prompted to open up the application. From here you can host a session.Â

It's as simple as that, you'll want to make sure you are both in the same aircraft however loaded in Flight Simulator before opening YourControls.
