Vatsim Ability - Yes
Study Level - Yes
Level Of Detail - Very High
After the early success of the A310, InI Builds has made a master peace of an aircraft that is the A300. InI Builds version of the Aircraft is a high fidelity, study-level simulation of the Airbus. InI Builds has really hit every corner with this one, from the system to the sound set.
The Flight Dynamics of this beast - feel incredible. Unlike some addons that are study level, most fail to give the feeling of weight. However, this is something that InI Builds has taken the first place for this. I've got roughly 10 hours on this bird now, and let me say there have been more times than I'd like to say that I'll be running out of runway fast. The flight characteristics feel very high quality and genuine, along with the trust and engine spooling. Every aspect of the aircraft feels amazing, the heavyweight behind it as you max out the reversers and toe breaks.
This aircraft has some of the most iconic sounds, from the engine spool sounds to the fanblade windmiling and hearing them clunk, to the thuds you hear as you hit toga. Every sound on this aircraft sounds perfect, it's honestly one of the best sound sets I've seen for an aircraft so far.
The attention to detail within the cockpit is amazing as well, from the CRT Screens on the displays and FMC. With the FMC casting its beautiful green glow on the cockpit at night, just about everything is simulated and interactable in the cockpit, and when I mean almost everything. I mean everything but the circuit breakers - this is truly an aircraft I'd recommend getting the manual out for, or at least watching some videos. From the typical modern-day Airbus, this is a whole new ball game - they're almost completely different aircraft, but similar in the same sense as well. The exterior is no different, the attention to detail is crazy. Even down to the numbers on the individual fan blades. You can deploy the emergency slides and if you clip the camera into the rear of the plane, they've fully modeled the APU as well.
So let's talk about the downsides for just a moment, there aren't many but there are a few worth mentioning - first of all the price. While it is justifiable for the amount of work that has been done to this airliner, it's still a large sum of money costing roughly $44 USD or $67 AUD. The next thing that is my biggest gripe with the aircraft - this will vary from person to person, but FPS. Depending on your system, this aircraft can really suck down that frame rate.
Final Thoughts
Final thoughts, look honestly this is one of the best add-ons around at the moment for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. I'd be cautious of what your computer specs are if you can run it at whatever frames you want. It's a similar FPS to Fenix before the Block 2 update. Along with the price which is pretty high you gotta remember what you're getting in that package. I'd tell my friend to buy it but that's just my personal opinion
