Update Is Out - Now What
While the team at Asobo and Microsoft have been somewhat quiet they are still working in the background getting the next installment of Microsoft Flight Simulator ready (Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024). SU15 - Simupdate 15 was the final update before the new simulator would be released. Now with SU15 finally out, we can expect to see some more exciting news about MSFS2024 coming soon from the team.
Improvements
Given the changes and improvements SU15 has made to the simulator we can only imagine what MSFS2024 is going to be like, performance appears to be one of the key focuses along with getting the loading times down.
I hope we can see a system similar to Lockheed Martin's P3D, where you can load a minimal UI to select location, Aircraft, and the basics without loading the core of the simulator until you're ready to fly. This cuts down on loading times drastically.
Load Times
The Team has stated that loading times are going to be one of the main focuses on the core of the simulator, whether we'll see a system close to P3d or cloud loading technology. What I do know is when the next simulator comes we can expect much faster loading times.
compatibility
We already know everything should be *mostly* backward compatible meaning that purchases from the current simulator should work perfectly with the new simulator.
Advancements In Technology
It'll be interesting to see what the new simulator will do in terms of Traffic, as we've seen with Sayintentions.ai and many others using AI technology. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 was such a big jump from what we had in the past, so I'm hoping it'll be just as big a jump forward in core technology and give developers more tools to work with the simulator.

When Will We Hear More?
We should be expecting an update from the team in the following month and get some more information on the new simulator - Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 but until then we can only go off what we've been told and speculation. However, you can also stay up to date not only by following me, but the official webpage for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Here

Hey would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using? I’m going to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time deciding between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
