MSFS PMDG 777 Leaked Information
It seems like we're only edging around the corner from the release of this beauty. So let's go over a few key details we found out about the 777 PMDG.
Weather Rader
One big is, that we're going to have a weather radar, it'll be using the MSFS 2020 default weather radar system (Which isn't great) but at least we have a somewhat functioning weather radar.
EFB/Universal flight tablet
The EFB or Universal flight tablet can be moved around the cockpit, it doesn't have to stay in the default position on the window. A minor detail but it still paints a picture of how deep the simulation is going to be on PMDG Boeing 777
Walk around preflight
Airframe servicing will be making a return but in far more detail, the latest craze around a lot of the big titles is doing preflight inspection, so many titles do it now including PMDG. You'll now perform a walk around of the 777 and have a visual inspection item that can visually change. Like the wheels/tires and the brake pads.
Animations
As we saw for the first time with the PMDG 737-700 the elevator shake during take off power. We'll see more animations for the PMDG 777, for example, we'll now have the amazing wing flex the 777 is so well known for and engine wobble - it seems these are going to be key features of the PMDG 777.
Will this affect the release date?
I'm somewhat doubtful it will, it feels like we're only around the corner from seeing this bird hit the skies as PMDG is almost daily giving more screenshots. However, it's hard to say whether or not the leak will affect a release time. We'll be sure to let you know as soon as we know
