MSFS Sim Update 15 SU15 Delayed Again
Unfortunately, here we are again, with another delay for Sim update 15 - SU15. The Asobo and Microsoft teamÂreally want to perfect this update. This might be because this will be the final update until Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is released.Â
So why was it delayed?
There were some issues with the "WASM" - 'missing content' - there were some issues with Xbox users experiencing stuttering and freezing.
Beta Update
There was however an update for beta participants for SU15 - this fixed the WASM 'missing content' error, they also fixed a handful of other bugs and issues including the DX-12 Aerial pop-in bug.
When is it getting fixed?
The team is continuing to investigate the Xbox stuttering and freezing issues - which are related to the recent "GDK (Microsoft Game Developer Kit) update. They are aiming to fix this issue as soon as possible and are aiming to fix the Xbox issue "by next week" - however I'd say take that lightly asit's possible we can expect more delays.Â
